The plans

Plan Month-to-month Billed annually In short
Growth $1,999/month $1,499/month The core content and marketing mix for one established location
Elite $3,999/month $2,999/month Articles, clips and profile work running side by side, with Trades.Agency site design at 50% off
Enterprise $7,999/month $5,999/month Your own marketing team with priority support; any website package is designed and built free

None of the tiers ties you into a long contract: they renew monthly and end on 30 days' notice. Eligible trades businesses also get a free 30-minute initial consultation before deciding anything.

How content fits into each plan

Growth suits most single-location corridor businesses. A typical content mix might be weekly Google Business Profile posts, a monthly neighbourhood article, and a few edited clips from footage you send. See the services page for what each format involves.

Elite suits businesses that want content on more channels at once, or that need a new website to publish it on. The website discount matters if your current site is too slow or too old to support new content.

Enterprise suits multi-location businesses, or owners who want a dedicated team producing more content, more often, with a website build included.

What drives the cost of content

Content is mostly time: interviewing, writing, editing, filming and publishing. A few things change how much time a business needs:

  • How technical the work is. Explaining electrical panel upgrades accurately takes longer than describing a new café menu.
  • How much raw material you provide. Owners who send photos and clips weekly get more finished pieces for the same budget.
  • Languages. Each extra language means more writing and a fluent review.
  • Approval speed. Drafts that wait weeks for sign-off slow everything down.
  • Starting point. A site with years of messy content may need an audit before new work makes sense.

A worked example: does it pay?

Take a corridor cleaning company with an average move-out clean worth $450 and a 50% close rate on enquiries. On the Growth plan with GST, annual billing costs $1,499 × 1.05 = $1,573.95 a month.

To cover that from cleaning jobs alone, the business needs about 3.5 extra jobs a month, which means about seven extra qualified enquiries from content and the profile. That is a reasonable target after the first few months for a well-reviewed business, but it is not automatic, and it is not achieved in week one.

Now try it with your own numbers. Divide the monthly plan cost by your average job value, then divide by your close rate. That is the number of extra enquiries a month you need. If it seems unrealistic, tell us, and we will discuss whether a smaller scope or a different approach makes more sense.

What is not included

  • Ad spend. If your plan includes paid promotion, the ad budget is paid directly to the platform and is separate from the plan fee.
  • Trade work of any kind. We are a content and marketing business, not a contractor.
  • Third-party software you choose to buy, such as a booking or call-tracking subscription, unless your plan says otherwise.

How to choose

  1. Start with the free consultation if you are eligible.
  2. Work out your break-even enquiries using the formula above.
  3. Pick the smallest plan that covers the channels your customers use.
  4. Commit to six months before judging, or choose month-to-month if you prefer flexibility.

Questions about money come up a lot, so the FAQ covers more of them.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a contract?

Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. Annual billing lowers the monthly price if you prefer to commit for a year.

Is GST included?

No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and Canadian clients add 5% GST. A Growth plan at $1,999 a month becomes $2,098.95 with GST.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. For eligible trades owners, the opening half-hour call is free and sits outside any paid plan. Nobody will chase you to sign afterwards.

Can I pay just for a content audit?

Talk to us. Audits are usually part of a plan, but we can discuss scope and fit for your situation on the first call.
